Shipping policy

How long is our processing times following an order placement?

- Our standard processing time is between 1-3 business days. During sales, processing times could be 1-5 business days. 

- Customized item processing time is 7-14 days.

Once my order is shipped, how long will it take to receive my package?

- USPS Priority is approximately 3 business days

- USPS Ground is approximately 3-8 business days

(Once the packages are picked up via USPS, shipping times are out of our control. USPS will be responsible for completing all transactions within posted time frames. Please refer to USPS website for any delivery delays in your area)
